During this short course teacher support staff (e-learning specialists, curriculum subject specialists and SMT members) will develop the skills to lead conversations about peer coaching and lesson improvement aligned to digital learning competencies.

By the end of the course you will be able to:

  • Structure a conversation about peer coaching with peer coaches;
  • Use essential peer coach resources when conducting conversations with peers;
  • Apply communication skills during your conversations;
  • Use protocols for feedback about lesson improvement.
